Individual and Instructor Certificate Programs
About Distant Education
Distant
Education has been offered by top colleges and universities for many
years and has proven an affective means of learning and
advancement. MISDS utilizes similar methods of learning in a home
study format. One can expect a great learning experience with all
of our degree programs.
Instructors Degree
Program (100 Credits)
-
Complete MISDS selected online study programs
- Must have
2 years of training and 1 year of teaching experience in an
acceptable martial arts, h2h or other self-defense program
or complete 10 days of specialized training from an approved
physical training program. (50 Credits)
Master Degree Program
(200 Credits)
- Must complete Instructors
Degree Program
- Must complete additional
online study programs
- Must have a minimum of 4
years training and 2 years of teaching experience or
complete 40 days specialized training from an approved
physical training program. (100 Credits)
PhD Degree Program (400 Credits)
- Must complete Masters
Degree Program
- Must complete additional
online study programs
- Must have a minimum of 8
years training and 5 years of teaching experience from an
approved physical training or martial arts program
Credits
When applying be sure to list all of your past training, education
and skills. Your past experience will be reviewed and credits applied toward the degree program.
Degree completion requirements will be determined
after review of application and acceptance into the program.

All
(except book study Philosophy) of MISDS online classes can be
completed by online research and personal interviews. Average
cost of core classes are $80.00.
To Complete Each Course
Read instructions and overview of requirements. Complete the
recommended research and interviews. Complete the essay type
assignments and class projects. Email the course assignments to
your advisor for grading and discussion.
What you
will need
Word Processor, email and internet access, open mind, dedication to
study, and physical mailing address.
Scholarship Program
Those who do not have the financial means to complete these studies
should request a scholarship application. Some students are
accepted with full or partial financial help.
Prerequisite
American adult (21 years or older) citizens, no criminal history, proper
attitude and character. All students are accepted
on a case by
